"Really beautiful place. Has a huge garden area with water feature and playground. I’d imagine it would be a nice photo spot in the day. Didn’t try the cafe as I dined at the restaurant instead. Highly recommend the beef tongue and glass noodle Thai salad. The server was attentive and thoughtful and checked in with us on our preferred spice level. We also ordered the grilled pork with rice noodle dish but found the pork a little too lean and bland for the dish. The beef fat fried rice was also a little too rich for our preference. While the beef is from Australia, the cut was too thin and lean for a good cook. We asked for medium rare but the slices near the edges were well done (and dry) with the centre pieces rare. What a pity. Garlic chips were great though. Credit card payment (Apple Pay) accepted which is a huge plus point for this area."

"Had the pleasure of dining at Mother Say No during my trip to Khao Yai, it was definitely a highlight of the visit. The restaurant is beautifully designed with Thai decor. The food was rich and flavorful with the right amount of spice. Everything we ordered was made fresh with local ingredients. The staff was friendly and attentive. Will definitely be coming back to try other dishes on their menu"

"The restaurant is absolutely stunning, from its interior to exterior design. The atmosphere is exceptional with various seating options: an outdoor area perfect for enjoying the breeze and scenery, a sheltered zone protecting from the cold wind, and an air-conditioned indoor section. Every zone is beautifully decorated with its own unique charm. The food is delicious and doesn't disappoint - and this is coming from someone who got NO from mother, imagine if mother said YES - how great it would be :)"

"The place is quite large, and the food is tasty. However, the portions are small, and the prices are a bit high. The design of the place might be a factor, but when there are many other reasonably priced places with good food, it’s challenging to compete. It’s worth trying, though. There’s also a cafe on the first floor."

"The Vibe & Atmosphere: This place has a really nice atmosphere and beautiful decor! It’s quite large with plenty of seating. I like the layout; they have a coffee house/cafe on the 1st floor and the main restaurant on the 2nd floor. It’s a very cool vibe overall. The Food: While the setting was great, the food was a bit of a mixed bag. I ordered the beef steak, but unfortunately, it had a bit of a smell and was very chewy. I hope they can improve the meat quality because the rest of the experience was lovely. Facilities: No stress about arriving by car because there are plenty of parking lots available. Summary: A great spot for the decor, coffee, and atmosphere. Just be a bit cautious with the steak!"

"I have been here a few times, and till today, my mother never say no. My mother-in-law also never say no so I wonder whose mother say no. The name of this place is intriguing. Maybe the boss mother say no, you cannot open restaurant, and the son still open and mother still say no but he doesn’t care. Anyways, the structure of the restaurant here is one of the most unique ever seen. It is difficult to miss while you are on the main artery road of Khao Yai. They have a lovely outdoor area but that’s good only in the cooler months and please bring mosquito repellent. There is a small playground corner for kids, but your kids will come back swollen because, bring mosquito repellent. The food here is better than decent, one will not be disappointed. Very nice salt pepper crispy pork. It is also worth noting that the ground floor is a café, so, other than having a meal, this could also be a caffeine recharge station."

"A hidden gem — even at closing time. We arrived about 30 minutes before closing, which explains why the restaurant was nearly empty. But despite the late hour, we were genuinely impressed. The gentleman who took our order — possibly the manager — was exceptionally attentive, spoke excellent English (a detail that’s surprisingly rare in Bangkok), and made us feel welcome from the moment we sat down. As for the food? Outstanding. Fresh, genuine, and thoughtfully prepared. Only afterward did we learn that the company owns its own farm — a fantastic detail that deserved to be highlighted, yet unfortunately wasn’t mentioned or explained by anyone on staff. A missed opportunity, as it would have added depth to the dining experience. Still, from start to finish, the service remained kind and consistent, right up until closing. The dishes stood out, and the outdoor hinge garden area adds a unique charm that makes the whole place feel like a well-kept secret. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in the area. Well done to the team — keep it up."
